And not only are you standing on your head, you have it backwards, Stan. I don’t like either cold pie or warm beer; pies should always be hot and the beers I like are all best as cold as possible. Of course, there are no good Aussie or American beers!

Rob, I don’t like pork pies or English ales, I’ve kind of gone European on those things.

It’s a standing pommy joke in this country: cold pies (pork) and warm beer, which is the opposite of what you get at the pub here. I like your letters Doc. Not sure how I got here yesterday. I’m a bit put off at the moment from BC after spotting Alan’s picture over me cornflakes. I suspect someone’s stolen the portrait from the attic, and I honestly hope it’s a recent shot not an old one

Not that I have a single thing bad to say about (genuine) Aussie beer, Stan, but decent beer needs to be drunk at a temperature which allows you to actually detect the flavour. The best British ales are highly complex and one drinks them chilled at one’s peril.

As for pies, I can’t speak for Chris but I do prefer mine heated. (Except for pork pies. Warm pork pies taste like poo.)

Not sure if you are saying that remarks are being made about Blogcritics on a fitness forum or that you think Blogcritics is a fitness forum and are referring to a particular debate that is going on over on that site.

I don’t personally care either way, nor do I get why you are now seeking to spread the debate onto another site, the owner of which, i.e. me, has zero interest in the subject.

However, to recap, it goes like this: the Blogcritics writer you are referring to isn’t a fan of some kind of fitness training machine that you like. I don’t know him but understand he is some kind of personal fitness trainer in the USA and the fitness machine you like is in New Zealand. As a European, I struggle to see how that’s some pretty scary competition!

Not sure what you mean by BG, but I am also the Comments Editor for Blogcritics and have deleted or edited comments that went against the comments guidelines. I have also banned two people, one for persistently making personal attacks despite repeated requests not to do so, the other for making comments under the name of that banned person.

I don’t know what you have read but there is no commercial motive whatsoever in these events so if you think it looks damning, you have simply completely misunderstood.

Finally, anyone is free to write for Blogcritics – or indeed this site – and can also write about whatever interests them, subject to the minimal editorial policies of each site.

In summary, you and your vibehead chums have totally and persistently got the wrong end of the stick, despite being appraised of the facts on more than one occasion. As a person with no interest in the subject, I can only say that vibration training appears to make people a bit stupid and vindicates my choice to avoid gymnasia!

Not nice things said about your U.S. buddies on fitness forum. A trainer who writes for blogcritics is suspected of underhanded business tactics, making up facts to scare off competition.

And BG help protect him. I read the site and it looks damning.
